El piso está totalmente reformado de hace tres años. Los techos miden tres metros de altura, el suelo es de microcemento, la carpintería y las puertas son todas a medida y la cocina está totalmente nueva. Dispone de lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, horno-microondas y nevera grande con congelador. Toda la vivienda dispone de calefacción y de aire acondicionado (aunque el aislamiento térmico de la casa es tan bueno que la vivienda se calienta o enfría rápidamente).
Durante todo el día hay mucha luz natural (hay estores en el salón y en la habitación principal) y se encuentra en un segundo piso con vistas amplias al ser una esquina. La calle es muy tranquila al no tener bares debajo pero la zona más popular de Madrid de bares se encuentra en la calle paralela (Calle Ponzano). A cinco minutos de la zona financiera, la vivienda se encuentra en un lugar estratégico y central de la capital. La vivienda es un dulce para disfrutar Madrid en una casa que tiene todas las facilidades :)
