This 2-bedroom apartment in Plaza España covers an area of 72 m² and opens out onto a lovely patio. The property is beautifully decorated, and has a renovated kitchen with a dishwasher and a modern bathroom.

Argüelles is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty to see and do. Parque del Oeste, the Royal Palace and the Gran Via are located nearby, and the area is also very well connected by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
  • There is a washing machine, and you will find strings to dry your washing in the patio.
  • The living room has a sofa bed, ideal for visitors.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout
  • Renoir cinema is right outside the apartment.
  • Sol is a 15-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • Both bedrooms have a double bed, but the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 tenants.
  • The living room is just below street level, but has exterior windows that let in natural light.
