The apartment is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, close to Cibeles, Mercado de la Cebada, Vicente Calderón Stadium, and Madrid Rio. This area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with public transport, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep.

- The apartment is exquisitely decorated throughout.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.

- You will find numerous theatres, independent cinemas and art galleries nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- The bedrooms have no wardrobe, but there is a dressing room which can be shared by both rooms.
