Located in Carabanchel district, which has been voted third coolest neighborhood in the world by Time Out magazine, it is on a very quiet street, with free parking space on the street, and 2 minutes walk from the Plaza Eliptica metro and bus interchange, which makes it easy to get to any part of the city. It is also a 15-minute walk from Madrid Rio.
