This 2-bedroom apartment available for rent offers a cool gray design with pops of color a stylish decor. With 1 bedroom on a mezzanine floor, each tenant can get the perfect amount of privacy. The living room is cozy but elegant and has a sliding door separating it from a the ensuite bedroom. The kitchen is modern, equipped, and has a beautiful skylight window.
The apartment is located in the Conde Duque area of Malasaña. Right around the corner you have a pharmacy, grocery stores, and restaurants. A little bit further you can find cute cafes and bars. You are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.
What we liked the most
- There is both central and single AC units to ensure you keep cool during summer.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom.
- We love the fake bathroom window –talk about creative!
- The bright kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- Learning Spanish? Stop by the public library nearby and start improving your vocabulary.
- The Universidad Pontifica Comillas is only a 5 minute walk away.
