Located in Madrid's upscale Salamanca district is this modern 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. The apartment has a stylish and practical design to make the most of its 54 m². There is an open-layout kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar, a big comfortable couch, and extendable tables. The ensuite bedroom is also quite spacious with a beautiful feature wall and plenty of storage space.
On Calle del Príncipe de Vergara, you are in an ideal location next to the Avenida América metro stop and surrounded by all your basic amenities. You have a large selection of delicious restaurants, trendy bars, nightclubs, and plenty of shopping options.
What we liked the most
- We love the industrial design with the gray kitchen, exposed brick, and hanging light fixtures.
- There are heated floors which can also be used as AC during summer.
- You have a Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, as well as a home theater system.
- Stay cozy with the electric fireplace in the bedroom.
