This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Retiro district is the perfect balance of tranquility in a central location. The apartment has been recently renovated so it has brand new furniture and stylish and modern decor. The living room comes with a comfortable couch, dining table and TV. There is a small kitchenette but it has everything you need to cook up a meal and even has a dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious and has an elegant ensuite bathroom.
On Calle Juan de Mena, you are practically across the street from Retiro Park. To live here is a priviilage. Imagine starting your mornings with a jog through the park, Sunday picnics, or just laying in the grass with a good book. You are well-connected to the city by metro, but can walk almost everywhere – and with Madrd's beautiful buildings and lively streets it's worth it.
What we liked the most

- Despite being an interior apartment, you get a lot of natural light.
- Having central AC will help you survive Madrid's summers.
- There is an extendable dining table – practical and perfect when guests are over.
- You will always have a nature escape with Retiro Park just seconds from your door.
