El apartamento dispone de dos amplios y luminosos dormitorios cada uno de ellos con su correspondiente balcón. Cada dormitorio dispone de gran armario y de escritorio.  El gran salón comedor, también con su balcón, puede ser también utilizado como zona de trabajo y reuniones, gracias a su mobiliario multifunción y a su excelente luz natural.  Cuenta con un moderno y completo baño principal con columna de baño termostática y un aseo/wc auxiliar ambos con ventana exterior.  Completísima cocina en la que se dispone de mesa para desayunos o comidas informales, también con su ventana.  Además cuenta con una potente calefacción y sistema de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y su perfecta insonorización lo hace muy silencioso a pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid.
