This sunny and spacious 50 m ² 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Genista. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and the air conditioned living room offers plenty of seating, as it has both a dining table and a couch. Both bedrooms are very bright and sunny, one of which has a big built-in wardrobe, and there is a modern and fresh bathroom to share.

The apartment is found in a peaceful residential area of the city. Here you will live close to plenty of city parks and only be a few minutes walk from the river Manzanares. The neighbourhood offers everything you need in local amenities and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Thanks to nearby buses you can be in the city center within half an hour.

What we liked the most

  • The property is bright and sunny.
  • The larger bedroom has a massive built-in wardrobe.
  • The living room and dining room has AC, perfect for summer.

Things to keep in mind

  • Only in August 2025 I will know if my current tenants will leave or extend their stay. Please request online the accommodation in August 2025. Thanks
