This stylish property is the epitome of elegance, with high ceilings, large rooms, and a tasteful combination of modern/classical furniture. The large living room has a striking red sofa, and it has a balcony which provides views over the historic street below. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, and it is decorated with stylish floor tiles.
This apartment is situated on Calle Cuchilleros - one of the best streets in Madrid. You will be living in the very heart of the city, almost inside Plaza Mayor, and just a few minutes from Sol and Opera. The street that the apartment is on is vibrant and famous, filled with bars, cafés and restaurants - but don't worry, you're on the 4th floor, so you shouldn't hear much once the windows are closed.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has some of the best views in Madrid. Just watch the video and see what we mean!
- The interior is exceptionally elegant, with high ceilings, floor tiles, and a combination of modern and classical furniture and artwork.
- AC is installed in the property - a luxury in the city during summer.
- The kitchen has a convenient dishwasher.
- It would be difficult to find a more perfect location - you'll be living in the charming La Latina area, just around the corner from Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel.
