Apartamento muy agradable y bonito de dos dormitorios en pleno barrio de La Latina, en la mítica calle Cava Baja. A siete minutos andando de SOL.
Silencioso, espacioso, extremadamente luminoso (con seis ventanas en el salón) y dos dormitorios amplios y cómodos, cocina de fuego, horno, buhardilla tranquila para descansar (y convertirla en almacenaje, cuarto de música, de estudio...) radiadores para el invierno y ventiladores y aire acondicionado para verano...
Una casa perfecta para trabajar, descansar después del trabajo, que jueguen niños en su amplio salón... en el centro histórico de Madrid, a dos minutos de la Plaza Mayor y siete de la Puerta del Sol.
Es una segunda planta sin ascensor, ya que la casa reformada está dentro de un edificio histórico, lo que lo hace muy especial pero poco accesible a nivel de movilidad en algunos casos.
Mercado, restaurantes de todo tipo, plazas al aire libre, monumentos, librerías, zona verde, gimnasio, piscina, cafeterías... nada más salir de la casa.
Se está muy bien en la casa, reformada y decorada con mucho cuidado para que sea un hogar.
