This 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Madrid Centro has been fully renovated and carefully decorated by the landlord. Designed with such care, the 35 m² property has an elegant open-plan kitchen and living room. You can relax on the large couch, while watching movies on the big flat-screen TV. The kitchen compact but fully equipped and there is a spacious bathroom. There is an industrial theme with natural wood features throughout.
On Calle de Carretas not are you only in Madrid City Center, you minutes away from the iconic Puerta del Sol. Your very street is lined with clothing stores, restaurants, and theaters. When you get tired of the tourists, head over to the other great neighborhoods such as La Latina and Lavapiés.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is move-in ready with beautiful decor and modern appliances.
- There is AC to keep you cool during Madrid's hot summers.
- The couch turns into a double bed – perfect for guests!.
- If being in the center is what you're looking for, this is it!
