This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle del Rosario, in Palacio is chic and excellently located. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living area, and fashionable furnishings throughout.
The apartment is located in Palacio and is just a stones throw from La Latina, one of the most happening barrios in the city. Madrid is a great walking city, but the metro is also close by.
What we liked the most
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
- Exposed brick walls and an attention to detail give this apartment a very cool vibe.
- The sofa folds out into a double bed and the apartment can accommodate 4 people.
- The bedroom has plenty of storage space with a large built-in closet.
- The bathroom is modern and has a luxurious rain shower.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom, something to keep in mind if you have 4 people staying.
- The apartment building is occupied by mature tenants and parties are not allowed.
- The landlady is looking for tenants that will take care of the apartment.
