Located in the Malasaña area of Madrid Centro the 50 m² apartment has an elegant all-white decor with modern amenities. You have AC in both the living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, and a SMART TV. The bedroom and living room both open up onto balconies overlooking the street keeping the apartment bright and fresh.
The apartment is on Calle del Desengaño just seconds away from Madrid's famous Gran Vía Avenue. A stroll down Gran Vía is a whirlwind of shops, theaters, and Madrlieños. Living so central you have everything you need within walking distance, and you are also well-connected by the metro.
What we liked the most
- Elena the homechecker really loved the apartment.
- Not only do you have a SMART TV, but it comes with a Netflix subscription – amazing!
- We love that the bedroom has a small balcony.
- Have a lot of stuff? You will fall in love with the bedroom's built-in wardrobe.
