In the heart of lively La Latina, is this one-of-a-kind 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. With high ceilings and a mezzanine floor, the apartment feels bigger than its 30 m². The apartment has wooden beams and pillars throughout providing a mix of rustic and modern design. The main floor has an open-plan kitchen and living room, with a separate dining area. The living room has a large built-in wardrobe, couch and TV, and leads to the kitchen corner which is fully equipped. The bathroom also has a modern design while providing space and comfort. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor and has an AC unit, skylight, and storage space.
La Latina is known for its high concentration of tapas bars, and you are right in the middle of the route. On Calle Cava Baja you have about 20 different bars within a 3-minute walk of the apartment. Although you have the perfect kitchen for cooking, you can't help but be tempted to venture out and taste the flavors of Madrid. The apartment is quite central with other popular areas such as Sol and Plaza Mayor less than a 10-minute walk away. When you do decide to leave the city center, you are well-connected by both metro and bus.

- We love the skylight window in the bedroom.
