This is an impeccable apartment of 85m2. Comfortable, functional, ideal for couples, students, or families, as it comfortably accommodates 4 people; and is fully ready to move in.
The day area has a bright and cozy living room. The kitchen is independent, has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances of first line, to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment. It also has a laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of 3 spacious bedrooms: 1 double with a large closet, and 2 singles with a practical desk to study or work from home. The bedrooms share 1 modern bathroom with shower.
It also has a small terrace and space for clothesline. Finally, the apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The building has a small elevator, and has no parking space but parking is easy in the neighborhood.
Includes bed linen and towels.
It has an excellent location, in the traditional Madrid neighborhood of Hortaleza, just 300m from Metro Parque de Santa Maria (Line 4).
Located in Calle del Mar Menor, this is a quiet street, without noise, and with stores nearby. Bars and supermarkets at 200m.
