The day area has a cozy living room integrated to a modern kitchen. Both spaces provide a unique warmth. The impeccable kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.
The sleeping area has a semi-integrated office and a double bedroom. Both have enough storage space and an optimal distribution to work or receive visitors.
Both the day area and the rest area are perfectly air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, ideal for hot days.
The bathroom has a simple layout and practical location. It has a shower and a comfortable toilet area.
Located in one of the most emblematic areas of Madrid. Next to the Royal Palace and close to the Plaza Mayor, the apartment is surrounded by green areas, where you can enjoy outdoor activities such as sports and pleasant walks.
The nearest subway stations are “Opera” (2-5) and “Sol” (1-2-3).
