This modern and cozy apartment, located in the quiet street Julio Palacios, offers a unique space, fully equipped and designed for comfort from day one. It also has a swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the summer months.
The day area has a spacious and bright living and dining room in contemporary style, perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the necessary utensils to cook from scratch.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms; a master bedroom: with a double bed, a spacious built-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large built-in closet and a desk, ideal for those who need a work or study space at home. The single bedroom has a single bed, large closet and desk.
In addition, the apartment has a second full bathroom.

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.
- Bills: A fixed consumption fee is paid each month. At the end of the stay, bills will be adjusted based on actual consumption if there has been excessive consumption.

Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Overnight guests: Permitted on an occasional basis, without additional costs. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
- Your landlord speaks spanish, english, french and italian.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
