This bright and spacious 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de Costa Rica. The property has a very nice living room with 2 comfortable couches, some cool artwork on the walls and a useful shelving unit where you can place your TV and some decorations. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and you will have a dining room where you can enjoy it. You will also have access to the spacious interior patio.
The neighbourhood of Chamartín is truly the place to be in Madrid and is one of the city's most important financial hubs. Transportation across the city and country is incredibly easy due to your proximity to Chamartín railway station. For football fans, you will be really close to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, where you can see Real Madrid play with your own eyes.

- The interior patio is spacious and excellent for drying your clothes.
