Spotahome's opinion

A large and well-lit property with ample storage. This property has unique view- it overlooks a soccer field and neighbouring buildings surrounding it. Not only is this fantastic because you have a huge amount of light coming in, it's also a calm and quiet location. The whole apartment is modern and the Kitchen is fully equipped. Each room has a window and the bathroom is great!

This location in the San Isidro, a zone of Madrid, is great for some extra peace and quiet, with a 10 minute walk to the fantastic San Isidro park. You'll be right in the action for the annual San Isidro celebrations, where you can party into the next day like a local. There are lots of shops located near the apartment, including a big supermarket, a pharmacy and several banks.

What we liked the most

  • The large windows let in a huge amount of light and let you feel like you're surrounded by nature with so much green outside!
  • All of the rooms in this apartment are spacious - there's plenty of room for all of your stuff.
  • The location of this apartment is great. It's a little out of the centre so you'll have peace and quiet, but you can be in the city in no time at all.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a limit on the included electricity - you'll have to pay the excess.

  • A 15-minute walk from Metro Laguna, connecting by Line 6 which will take you into the centre, crossing major train stations and other metros. The Madrid inner city trains, the Cercanias, is also connected at Laguna metro for a quick trip through the city and into other surrounding areas.
  • A 2-minute walk to Bus Line 17, Line 25, Line 119 and Line N16.
  • Conveniently, the Night Bus N16 is also a quick 4-minute walk.
