Nice apartment of 140m2 in a stately building next to the Retiro Park.
It has 5 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen and living room. It has central heating (included in the price). Interior but very bright.
Excellent communications. In front of Atocha Renfe station, multiple short train lines and buses. Area of cultural offer, museums, theater and leisure.
Utilities not included.
