Nice building of the XVIII century, recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed of 135, and the other of 1'05, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen in open concept. Electric heating and air conditioning in common areas.
The building has no elevator.
Ideal for young professionals or students.
Located within walking distance of areas such as Plaza, Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Paseo de Recoletos and Atocha Station.
