This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle San Blas, in Centro is fully furnished and has a lovely balcony. The 48m² property has polished wooden floors and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The compact kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is spacious and stylishly tiled.
The apartment is located in Centro, just a short stroll from the Botanic gardens. As the name suggests, the neighbourhood is very central and you will be within walking distance of cafes, bars, restaurants, museums and more.
What we liked the most
- The apartment features classic wooden furnishings throughout.
- The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a small dining table.
- There is heating installed throughout the apartment.
- The living room opens out onto a lovely balcony overlooking the street.
- The location is very central and within easy walking distance of public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, however there is a microwave and a stove top.
- The twin beds in the bedroom can function as a large double bed.
