This chic 2-bedroom apartment has a generous 40 m² footprint on Calle de Olite, in Tetuán. The kitchen opens onto a stylishly decorated living room, and the bathroom is well-equipped and modern. A small but modern interior balcony can be accessed from bedroom 2.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars close to this apartment, as well as all the essential shops. The Technical University of Madrid is only a 20-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The large living room is a great place to relax and watch TV with your flatmates.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months, and AC in some rooms.
  • The whole apartment is beautifully decorated, and recently renovated.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
