This 2-bedroom, 2nd floor apartment in Lavapiés offers a great chance to live in one of Madrid's most popular and diverse neighbourhoods. The property consists of fully-equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and a double bedroom, large bathroom and a spacious living room with external terrace. The larger, double bedroom also has its own balcony to enjoy the evenings!
The apartment benefits from a great location in Lavapiés - seen by many residents of Madrid as the nightlife hub of the city. The area boasts a wide range of tapas bars, supermarkets, close links to the metro and is within walking distance of the stunning Retiro park.
What we liked the most
- Two separate balconies will provide plenty of opportunity to enjoy Madrid's summer evenings!
