This is a beautifully, remodeled 62 m², 2-bedroom apartment available for rent in the elegant neighborhood of Hortaleza. You will be the first person to use and enjoy the new furnishings, dishes and silverware on the property as well as the apartment itself. It has a very spacious living and dining area with a huge sofa, flat screen TV, dining room table with a glass surface, storage cabinets that cleverly blend into the walls and a large fridge near the entrance hall. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are cozy and stylish with plenty of storage space. The enclosed terrace has lots of natural light and comfy chairs where you can relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea.
The property is located in a very safe, residential area with other apartment buildings around it, which block out sound from the surrounding main streets. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and shops nearby as well as the famous Calle Serrano, just a few metro stops away where you can go if you love shopping in boutiques and designer label stores. If you want to relax and enjoy a little bit of nature or go for a walk, head to the Parque Pinar del Rey. And while you're near the park on day or evening, make plans to visit Restaurante Mariquería Hermanos Alvarez and feast on delicious seafood and other succulent dishes.

- The apartment is located on the main floor so you can avoid taking the stairs.
