This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on Avenida Planetario, in Legazpi is spacious and beautifully furnished. The 75m² property has a sunny living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and an ensuite bathroom.
The apartment is located in Legazpi, home of the Matadero art gallery. Head to the Matador for films and art shows, random creative events and conferences. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and the city centre is within easy reach.
What we liked the most
- The beautiful living room gets bathed in afternoon sun.
- The apartment has lovely polished wooden floors throughout.
- There is a dining table with 6 chairs.
- The living room is stylishly furnished with sofas, a large flatscreen television, and coffee table.
- The location is well connected by public transport.
- The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
Things to keep in mind
- The second bedroom is currently unfurnished, however the landlord can have the room furnished with a bed depending on the needs of the tenant.
