This sizable 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de Atocha. The property has a large living room (which can be furnished with a couch if requested) which has a wall-mounted TV, perfect for hosting movie nights or having friends over to watch football. The living area is also connected to a spacious glass-enclosed area that can be opened to let in lots of fresh air. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and has a useful bar area, while the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers a lot of storage space.
The apartment is located close to the vast and beautiful Retiro park in Madrid's exciting multicultural Lavapiés area. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars with food and drinks from around the world. All basic amenities are covered, and you will also be within walking distance of many other popular districts.
