- MAXIMUM PERMITTED TENANT AGE: 33 YEARS OLD.
- MINIMUM PERMITTED TENANT AGE: 18 YEARS OLD.
- If the bank charges bank transfer fees, the bank charges must be paid by the tenant
- If you don't have sufficient proof of solvency or guarantors, you will be requested to pay an insurance fee, which is between 60% and 70% of the monthly payment, and it needs to be paid annually.
