This spectacular 216 m² duplex penthouse in Fuente Cisneros combines spaciousness, luminosity and an ideal distribution for those seeking comfort and exclusivity. Its modern design and exterior spaces make this apartment a unique option in Madrid.
On the lower floor, the living room is a spacious and bright space, with large windows that give direct access to its large terrace of 20 m2, an outdoor corner, with unobstructed views, is perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals outdoors or creating a workspace with natural light. The independent kitchen, fully equipped, has a laundry area that adds functionality to the day to day, which gives access to the large terrace.
