This monthly rental penthouse on Lopez de Hoyos street offers a comfortable and bright experience in the heart of Madrid. Located on a top floor and with sloping ceilings that give it character, this penthouse combines modern design and warmth.
The day area has a spacious and bright living room, tastefully decorated, and an open kitchen fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for the day to day. The space invites you to enjoy a coffee in the morning while natural light enters through the sloping roof windows.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms, spacious and bright, one of them en suite with shower, both with fitted closets that offer excellent storage capacity.
The attic has a second full bathroom with shower, perfect for visitors or to share. It also includes practical details such as vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and dryer, which make the stay even more comfortable.
