This apartment on Andrés Obispo Street offers a comfortable and well-distributed environment, ideal for those seeking space and tranquility in Madrid. The spacious living-dining room is bright and welcoming, with direct access to a large 35m² terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a morning coffee, or dining al fresco.
The kitchen is separate and spacious, fully equipped, and has generous work and storage surfaces. In addition, it has a practical separate laundry area that adds functionality to the home.
The sleeping area consists of an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. It has a double bed, large wardrobes, a desk with a chair to study or work comfortably and direct access to the same terrace, which provides a fluid connection between inside and outside and turns this room into a true space of relaxation.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, iron, vacuum cleaner, water heater, hairdryer and high-speed Wi-Fi as well as an optional parking space for a separate price (€ 70)
