- Full refund of initial payment when cancelling 60 days or more before check-in
- 50% refund of initial payment when cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in
- Non-refundable when cancelling 29 days or less before check-in
House rules

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Landlord policies
Once booking is confirmed, tenant must pay fees and deposit within 48 hours. Contract signed 1 week later max.
All documentation must be provided within 7 days after confirmation.
For bookings with 2 people, rent is per person.
Some rooms are not allowed for students nor workers - recreational stays only.
