This 1-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street in the Carabanchel district, in the south of Madrid. With a modern and functional design, it is an ideal home for temporary stays for work or studies. The day area is open and bright, and integrates the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances for everyday use.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. Thanks to its large windows, you can enjoy plenty of natural light while maintaining the privacy of the space.
The sleeping area features a double bedroom equipped with a large bed, bedside tables, and storage space. The bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower, a sink with a low cabinet, and contemporary-style sanitary ware.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Its location in Carabanchel places it close to supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, and local shops. It is also well connected to the rest of Madrid: the nearest metro station is Vista Alegre (Line 5), located just a 7-minute walk away, allowing easy access to the center and other key areas of the city.
