GASTOS INCLUIDOS EN EL PRECIO DE ALQUILER .Equipado con muebles, ropa de cama, toallas, menaje de cocina, etc .etc. Listo para pasar una temporada en Madrid, con cuatro estaciones de metro a menos de cien metros, buses, junto a centros comerciales y muy cerca de la plaza de toros y del parque del Retiro. Para estancias de mas de cuatro meses se piden dos meses de fianza. El piso es muy silencioso y soleado.
