This cozy apartment is located in a quiet building on Calle Gómez de Avellaneda, in the Ciudad Lineal neighborhood. The day area offers a comfortable living-dining room, with a sofa, television and a practical dining table, all integrated into a bright environment. The kitchen is open to the living room, equipped with the essentials and with functional storage space, ideal for day to day life without overloading the environment.
The night area has two bedrooms with double beds, both exterior and with abundant natural light. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes to comfortably store your essentials. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.
Located in a well-connected residential area, with supermarkets, small shops, and green areas within walking distance. The Pueblo Nuevo metro station (Lines 5 and 7) is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Ciudad Lineal station (Line 5) is 7 minutes away, providing excellent connections to the center and other areas of Madrid.
