“Precioso apartamento en la sexta planta exterior, calle de Narvaez, a 100 metros de la entrada al parque del Retiro de Sáenz de Baranda. Cerca de restaurantes y bares. Un barrio animado con mucha vida.
Consta de un dormitorio con baño completo independiente, salón comedor con cocina abierta. Equipada con electrodomésticos , nevera-congelador, lavadora, vitrocerámica, horno y microondas. Dispone de una mesa extensible que sirve como escritorio o mesa de comedor. Dos grandes ventanales y mucha luz todo el día.
Cubiertos , vajilla, sartenes, batidora, plancha y planchador, etc. Tendedero, calefacción por radiador y bomba de calo- frío., AA. Ventilador en el dormitorio. Termo eléctrico de 100l. Gran espacio de almacenamiento. Wifi.
Ropa de cama y toallas no incluidas aunque proporcionamos algunas de cortesía.
