This bright and cozy penthouse stands out for its incredible 20m² terrace with panoramic views of the majestic Royal Palace, a perfect place to have breakfast outdoors, enjoy the sun or relax at sunset surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
The day area offers a spacious living-dining room decorated in a modern style and touches of color that provide warmth. It has a sofa, armchairs, television and a reading area or office next to the large windows, all with abundant natural light thanks to its orientation and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and equipped with plenty of storage space, ideal for everyday use.
