This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle Academia, Retiro, is 73 m² and comes equipped with AC. The property is stylishly decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a cozy living area with a television and dining table.
The apartment boasts a fantastic central location in the Jéronimos district, close to the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, and the Puerta de Alcalá. It's close to the Salamanca district, but as quiet as Jéronimos. This elegant area will make a great base to explore the city near the Atocha train station, as well as the luxurious Calle Serrano lined with shops, bars, and restaurants.You'll also be just a 7 minute walk from Puerta de Alcalá.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout, including original artworks.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- Each room has its own AC unit.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
- Being close to Atocha will enable easy travel to the airport as well as other regions in Spain.
- The property is right beside Parque de El Retiro.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior, but has windows with interior patio views.
- The treadmill you can see in bedroom 2 can be removed if you do not want it.
