This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Berruguete is on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. The space is furnished economically, with a sofa and a few items in the living area, as well as a 2-seat dining table in the equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fairly roomy, and while there isn’t an oven, you’ll find a ceramic hob, a fridge, a washing machine and a few other appliances. The bathroom has a shower stall, and the bedrooms are furnished with night tables and beds, with windows facing the interior courtyard.
Not only is your apartment quiet, but the Tetuán neighborhood is fairly peaceful most of the time. However, being 20 minutes from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, it does get a little rowdy with car horns and celebrations when Real Madrid wins. Otherwise, you can enjoy non-game nights peacefully at the local restaurants around your apartment. You’re only a 14-minute walk to a Virgin Active gym, which has a swimming pool, and you can pick up groceries at the Mercadona supermarket just 5 minutes away.
