This ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is available to rent in the popular Lavapiés district of Madrid. The living room comes furnished with a sofa and TV. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, an electric stove and a washing machine. Because this is a modern property, the kitchen is fresh and with new utensils and utilities. The bedroom has a double bed, side table and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is also modernly decorated with a brand new shower included.

Lavapiés is a multicultural melting pot. You can enjoy a wide range of cuisines from around the world and also have easy access to the centre of the city and the amazing Retiro park. It is a popular region and gets busy come Fritday night! The property is close to UNED university and library.
