This 44 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent on the busy Calle de Sor Ángela de la Cruz in Tetuán is perfect for an individual, couple, or small family. The apartment's main room is the open-concept kitchen and living room that have big windows that provide fresh air and sunlight. The living room has a plenty of shelving, a couch, and desk. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The bedroom is an interior room with a sliding door located next to the clean and modern bathroom with plenty of storage space.
Tetuán is a residential neighborhood located in the northern part of Madrid, less visited by tourists but a popular Madrileño area. The apartment is in a commercial area with several office nearby, plenty of shops, and many restaurants. You are 1 minute away from the Tetuán metro stop, but also have Paseo de la Castella 10 minutes away where you have more shopping and public transportation options.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage space in each room.
- The sofa has a pull-out seat cushions – convenient for guests.
- There is a desk area in the living room.
- There is parking available for a 300€ extra price.
- You have plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants right outside your door.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, but can be installed upon request.
- The bedroom does not have a window.
