Located in the lovely Retiro neighborhood is this 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms.There is wood flooring throughout, big windows, and simple but stylish decor. The kitchen and living room are open-plan creating a spacious common area furnished with a couch, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There are both interior and exterior views providing a quiet atmosphere filled with plenty of natural light.
On Calle Vicente Caballero, the apartment is located next to several hospitals and within walking distance of several parks. The gorgeous Retiro Park is less than a 15-minute walk away, but if you need a change of scenery, you also have Parque Roma and Quinta de la Fuente del Berro nearby. You have plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes from the apartment but are also very well-connected to other parts of the city by bus and metro.
