What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
It’s an ideal home for living in the city center, close to everything within walking distance. It is a very special house. The property is bright, very quiet, and full of charm. It has a very comfortable size for a couple, with a large independent kitchen and a bathroom that was renovated not long ago. The small terrace is a little corner that can be enjoyed a lot.
The current decor of the house isn't exactly what it looks like in the photos. There's less furniture; it's not fully furnished, but we could furnish it more if necessary.
It currently has a double bed with storage in the base, a dining table and chairs, a sofa and small table, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, and basic utensils), a small table in the kitchen, a desk and chair in the study, and a built-in wardrobe.
Although we would prefer a tenant who stays as long as possible, there would be no penalty after the first seis months.
