Ubicado en la plaza del Alamillo número dos bajo izquierda y, a pesar de ser un bajo, se siente como una primera planta al estar en el lado elevado de la plaza y accediendo a él a través de unas escalinatas ajardinadas (como se puede ver en las fotos). A su vez, por tener entrada independiente, tiene un fácil acceso para personas con dificultad, pudiendo cargar y descargar en la misma puerta por un acceso privado. Considerada como una de las tres plazas con más encanto de Madrid, donde con frecuencia se ruedan películas, anuncios, documentales etc.
Es como vivir en un oasis de paz y silencio en el centro histórico, rodeado de todos los lugares emblemáticos del viejo Madrid.
