cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje, integrada en el salón, con zona de estar y zona de comedor.
baño muy amplio.
todas las estancias cuentan con ventana. muy luminoso.
Además de armarios en cada habitación, cuentan con cama en canapé que se abre para tener un plus de almacenaje. las dos habitaciones disponen de escritorio.
