This temporary rental apartment stands out for its spaciousness and functional layout. The day area offers a comfortable living-dining room with sofas, a television, and a large table for 6 people, ideal for enjoying lunch or dinner with friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils, as well as a practical work area.
In the hall, a cozy chill-out area with chairs, a small table, and a desk creates a perfect corner for relaxing or teleworking.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes; one of them also includes a table and chair, ideal for studying or working. The full bathroom has a bathtub.
The home has heating, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In addition, it has a practical storage area at the top of the apartment, accessible via stairs.
As for the location, the apartment is located in the Usera district, just a 12-minute walk from the Doce de Octubre train station (line C5) and very close to Pradolongo Park, a large green space perfect for walking or exercising. In the surrounding area, you will find supermarkets, cafes, local restaurants, and all essential services.
