Just one minute from the Royal Palace and the vibrant Gran Vía, yet on a quiet, semi-pedestrian street where you can truly unwind and relax. The apartment is located in a former XIX-century coal cellar.
Although it's a semi-basement apartment, the ceilings are very high, typical of old Madrid, creating a greater sense of spaciousness. The apartment has windows facing the street and an interior courtyard.
The space includes a Smart TV (HBO and Amazon Prime Video), high-speed Wi-Fi, a microwave/grill, a king size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, an iron, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
Located opposite the Senate, it's on a very quiet, semi-pedestrian street with minimal traffic.
