En la habitación hay una cama de un metro y medio más el armario. Además el apartamento dispone de un patio muy soleado. La zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila a pesar de tener todos los servicios cerca. Hay tres paradas de metro de tres líneas diferentes a menos de diez minutos andando. En el alquiler entran todos lo gastos: comunidad, impuestos, luz y agua.
