In the heart of the Malasaña district is this lovely 80 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. The apartment is move-in ready with polished wood flooring, vintage decor, and modern amenities. The living room and one of the bedrooms are especially bright, opening up onto a balcony. There is a separate kitchen that is quite spacious and fully equipped. The apartment has 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed.
Malasaña is a central district of Madrid known for its alternative scene with vintage shops, trendy bars, and cute cafes. One thing is for sure, you will never get bored living here. Right on your street Calle Conde Duque, you have 5 restaurants, a bar, and a Carrefour Express. Although it may be hard to pull yourself away from such a lively street, there are plenty more great venues to explore, including the Palacio de Liria which you have right down the street.
